What is Business Excellence?

It is an organisation's ability to deliver good results consistently, because strategy, leadership, people, customers and operations are all working towards the same goals. Put simply: doing what matters, doing it well, and keeping it up.

How do we start working with S-BEC?

Most clients start with an Excellence Maturity Scan, which gives a quick picture of where you stand today. We then meet to go through the findings and agree on a roadmap.

Which solutions does S-BEC offer?

We work in six areas: Organisational Change Management (OCM), X-Matrix / Hoshin Kanri, Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Total Employee Engagement (TEE), Operational Excellence (OpEx) and System Excellence (SyEx).

Which industries do you work with?

Manufacturing, automotive and engineering, infrastructure and real estate, healthcare, financial and professional services, technology, education and consumer businesses. We adapt each engagement to the organisation rather than using a standard package.

What makes the S-BEC approach different?

We follow six steps: Understand, Assess, Align, Prioritise, Act and Sustain. We work side by side with your leadership team, so your own people own the results after we step back.
